ARtopiary takes as a point of departure the still life, a pictorial genre practiced as a pedagogical routine through which artists learned to represent reality. With the evolution of contemporary technologies, the relation of representation, photorealism and 3dimensionality are now challenged in the creation of living pictures and animated stills.
